Are games from Ocean of Games safe?

As technology becomes more and more accessible to people from all corners of the globe, access to computers and computer-based hobbies has also spread. But, luxury products and services tend to come at a cost (that’s how it usually goes). And, that cost is too high for people in lower income countries. Enter piracy, and piracy websites like Ocean of Games.

Are websites like Ocean of Games safe? The short answer from Games with Bots is – no. Not at all.

The problem with piracy is that – you are safe, until you are no longer safe. Many gamers go for months, and years, without being hacked through pirated software and games. But, the day it happens to you (for most people) you won’t be able to recover from it. It’s a bell that few can un-ring.

In the real world cases we came across, some games from Ocean of Games can completely delete and lockdown your ability to receive Windows updates, forever. Your computer will repeatedly try to install crucial updates over time, with no success.

Not only that.

But, the same games will also deactivate Window’s built in antivirus, which will cease to function after that. And, not all Ocean of Games’ games do this, but once its happens to you, you are done for. It only takes that one game.

Those who are reading this and doubting the severity of what can happen to you, will be shocked when it happens. In conclusion, I strongly urge you not to install or keep pirated games from Ocean of Games. You’ll thank me one day. This article was inspired by some real world findings! Be safe guys.
